2. Non-Custom Products

For non-custom wax seal stamps and other products, we are pleased to offer a return and refund policy within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
